Features, pricing, launch timing, and Founding Coach availability may change as the platform develops.

Refund Policy

Phoenix Protocol offers a free trial that allows users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service during the free trial period.

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed. This includes partial billing periods, unused time remaining in a subscription, or failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Phoenix Protocol application and website, operated by us ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Phoenix Protocol is a platform designed to connect nutrition coaches ("Coaches") with their clients ("Clients") to facilitate nutrition tracking, goal setting, and communication. We provide the technological infrastructure to host this relationship but do not provide the coaching services directly.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• For Clients: You agree to provide accurate health and nutrition data to the best of your ability. You understand that you have the right to revoke a Coach’s access to your data at any time through your account settings.
• For Coaches: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your Clients' data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you hold the necessary qualifications, certifications, or licenses required in your jurisdiction to provide nutrition coaching.

4. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed. See how to request account deletion for instructions.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Phoenix Protocol is not a healthcare provider. The platform is designed for fitness, nutrition tracking, and educational purposes only. The information and coaching provided through the platform do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new diet or fitness program. We are not liable for any health complications, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of the platform or the advice of a Coach.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the platform require payment.

• All transactions are processed securely through our independent payment modules.
• By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your account.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with our standard refund policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the backend infrastructure or database operations.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform's code or interface.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the platform—including but not limited to the codebase, design, logos, and text—are our exclusive property and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform.
• The conduct or advice of any Coach or Client on the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Egypt.
